Navigating Meeting View

You can view meeting details from Meeting view, as shown below. To see Meeting view, select a meeting in Day view.

From Meeting view, you can do the following:

View the meeting’s start and end time, location and organizer, required attendees, and meeting description.

View the numbers that you can call to join the meeting.

Select a meeting number to join the meeting.

Do one of the following to navigate in Meeting view:

To see the meeting details, scroll up or down.

To return to Day view, press Day.

Managing Meeting Reminders

By default, your phone displays a meeting reminder 15 minutes before a meeting starts, as shown below. Every minute before the meeting starts, the phone emits an alert tone and updates the meeting timer. If a meeting starts, and you haven’t joined in, the reminder alerts you when the meeting is overdue.

From the reminder, you can do the following:

Press the meeting number, on the far-left of the reminder, to join the meeting.

Press Detail to view specific information about the meeting.
