Remote Operation with the Handset

You can operate your answering system with the handset.

The announcements and recorded messages can only be heard from the handset.

Summary of remote operation

Press I N T then

.

The number of new messages is heard.

“ ” is displayed on the handset.

Enter the desired direct commands (p. 46).

If you do not enter any command, the help menu will start.*

After the help menu, all message playback will start.

To end the remote operation, press

.

The messages are saved.

 

The unit will announce the ramaining recording time after playback.

If you hear “Memory full” after playback, erase some or all of the messages (p. 46).

If no commands are entered after you press I N T and

, the unit will start the following help

menu:

 

Press 4 to playback new messages. Press 5 to playback all messages.

You can enter direct commands even if the help menu has started.
