Limitation of Remedies and Liability

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Responsibilities of the Customer

The customer shall provide;

Access to the products during the specified periods of coverage to perform maintenance.

Adequate working space around the products for servicing by Agilent Technologies personnel.

Access to and use of all information and facilities determined necessary by Agilent Technologies to service and/or maintain the products. (In so far as these items may contain proprietary or classified information, the customer shall assume full responsibility for safeguarding and protection from wrongful use.)

Routine operator maintenance and cleaning as specified in the Agilent Technologies Operating and Service Manuals.

Consumables such as paper, disks, magnetic tapes, ribbons, inks, pens, gases, solvents, lamps, filters, fuses, seals, etc.

Certification

Agilent Technologies certifies that this product met its published specifications at the time of shipment from the factory. Agilent Technologies further certifies that its calibration measurements are
