The SCSI device shelves and each of the hot-swap cages are on separate SCSI channels. This configuration requires that you obtain another C20 cable and remove one of the knock-outs in the rear of the storage system to accommodate the connector. The DAC card can be used with SCSI A and/or SCSI B. The DAC card cannot be used with SCSI C.

To change the SCSI addresses, see the “Setting SCSI Addresses” section. This configuration requires an additional internal cable. For internal cable part numbers, see the “Cabling Diagram Legend.”
