warranty service

express service

To obtain HP express repair service, the customer must contact an HP service office or an HP Customer Support Center for basic troubleshooting first. See hp customer support on page 37 for steps to take before calling Customer Support.

If a customer device needs a minor part replacement and these parts can normally be replaced by the customer, the customer-replaceable components might be serviced through expedited part shipment. In this event, HP will prepay shipping charges, duty and taxes; provide telephone assistance on replacement of the component; and pay shipping charges, duty, and taxes for any part that HP asks to be returned.

The HP Customer Support Center might direct customers to designated authorized service providers who are certified by HP to service the HP product.
