Any safety screen or guard removed for servicing must be replaced prior to operating the fireplace.

When properly maintained, your fireplace will give you many years of trouble-free service. We recommend an- nual service by a qualified service technician.

A. Maintenance Tasks-Homeowner

Installation and repair should be done by a qualified service technician only. The fireplace should be inspected before use and at least annually by a professional service person.

The following tasks may be performed annually by the homeowner. If you are uncomfortable performing any of the listed tasks, please call your dealer for a service ap- pointment.
