1.Puckering

Puckering tends to occur on woven or sheer fabrics.

To obtain pucker-free seams. set rhe differential feed confrol ever at less than 1

2.Wavering

Wavenng lends to occur on knitted or stretchable fabrics.

To obtain waver-free seams, set the differential teed control ever at rn-orethan 1

3.Gatheting

Dfemn:mi feed makes gathering easier on lghtweight raorio. Use it on waistlines, sleeve heads, sleeve bottoms and rff las. etc.

Set c’ie mfferentiat feeo control ever between 1.5 and 2 to obtain rhe cast gathering effect for your use. You may wish to engtren stitcn length also

IMPORTANT

The asact adlustment depends on the thickness ano elasticity of fabric. Even the stitch ength can influence the setting. The longer the stitches, the more the feonc is contracted.

Always do a test run with a oiece of actual fabrics you use and find the cast settings.
