DÉPANNAGE

■LA CRÈME GLACÉE N'EST PAS PARVENUE À LA CONSISTANCE D’UN PUDDING. Le contenant doit être gelé correctement. Vérifier la température de votre congélateur. Si la température est supérieure à -17 °C /0 °F, réduisez la température. Si vous ne pouvez pas abaisser la température du congélateur, les ingrédients devraient être aussi froids que possible. Mettez le mélange au congélateur pendant une heure, jusqu'à ce que le mélange commence à se cristalliser. Versez alors le mélange dans la sorbetière.

■L’APPAREIL SE MET EN MARCHE ET IL S’ARRÊTE. Enlevez le contenant de la base du moteur et met- tez l'appareil en marche. Si cela donne des résultats, l'appareil n'était pas en marche correctement avant d'y ajouter le mélange. Versez le mélange dans le contenant APRÈS avoir mis l'appareil en marche.

■L’ÉLÉMENT MALAXEUR NE TOURNE PAS. Seul le contenant tourne. L’élément malaxeur doit être sta- tionnaire.

■Nettoyez le contenant, l’élément malaxeur et le couvercle à l'eau savonneux chaude.

■Employez un chiffon humide pour nettoyer la base du moteur.

■N’immergez jamais l'appareil, la prise de courant ou le cordon d’alimentation électrique dans l'eau ou dans un autre liquide.

■Ne placez jamais le contenant au congélateur s'il est encore humide.

■Assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont séchées complètement.

■Ne remisez jamais les pièces en plastique au congélateur.
