If you are storing the unit in a cabinet or closet, use the handy built in grips at the bottom of the unit to help you lift the breadmaker easily.

If mailing or shipping your Breadmaker, pack it carefully in a sturdy carton with enough packing material to prevent damage. Be sure to clean the unit before packing. You may use original packaging as long as you’ve included packing material suitable for shipping. Include a note describing the problem to our Service Center and be sure to give your return address. We also suggest that you insure the package for your protection.
