CHAPTER 7: TROUBLESHOOTING

NOTE: Refer to the wiring diagram affixed inside the fryer cabinet door when troubleshooting electrical components.

DANGER

Hot cooking oil/shortening will cause severe burns. Never attempt to move this appliance when filled with hot cooking oil/shortening or to transfer hot cooking oil/shortening from one container to another.

DANGER

This equipment should be unplugged when servicing, except when electrical circuit tests are

required. Use extreme care when performing such tests.

This appliance may have more than one electrical power supply connection point.

Disconnect all power cords before servicing.

Inspection, testing and repair of electrical components should be performed by an

authorized service agent only.

7.1 Pilot Burner Malfunctions
