Do not use too little detergent.

Do not use old or damp powder detergent.

Do not load aluminum utensils improperly. Aluminum utensils can cause gray or black marks to appear on porcelain utensils if they are touching during wash cycle.

Loading the lower & upper rack

Note: Do not wash any heat sensitive or any other items that are not designed for automatic dishwasher.

Keep all tall dishware and food containers from covering the spray tower.

Place food containers such as cups, glasses, bowls, saucepans and casserole dishes with soiled surface facing downward.

To avoid any type of damage to glassware such as cups, beverage, wine and champagne glasses, do not load them on the bottom rack. Place these items on the upper rack.

Do not load dishware or food containers that are made of wood or iron. These items are not considered dishwasher safe.

Place delicate items on the upper rack.

All dishware and glassware items should be securely in place when loading to avoid falling over or striking against each other.
