D. Remove the Water Distribution Tube

Water Distribution Tube Removal

Loosen the two thumbscrews, which secure the distribution tube.

Lift the right side of the distribution tube up off the locating pin, then slide it back and to the right.

CAUTION

Do not force this removal. Be sure the locating pin is clear of

the hole before sliding the distribution tube out.

E. Remove the Float Valve

Turn the splash shield counterclockwise one or two turns.

• Twist both of the inner tube ends until the tabs

• Pull the inner tube ends outward.

Water Distribution Tube Disassembly

Pull the float valve forward and off the mounting bracket.

Disconnect the water inlet tube from the float valve at the compression fitting.

Remove the cap and filter screen for cleaning.
