You will hear a fan while cooking with these features. The fan will stop when the door is opened, but the heat will not turn off.

NOTE: Foods that spoil easily—such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork—should not be allowed

to sit for more than 1 hour before or after cooking. Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be sure that the oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth.

will show the cooking time countdown and the changing temperature starting at 100°F. (The temperature display will start to change once the oven temperature reaches 100°F.)

When the oven reaches the temperature you set, 3 beeps will sound.

NOTE: If the Auto RecipeConversion Feature is on, it will automatically reduce the set regular baking temperature by 25°F to the appropriate convection temperature in convection bake mode. See Auto RecipeConversion in the Special Features section.

The oven will continue to cook for the set amount of time, then turn off automatically, unless the WARM feature was set. See the How to Set the Oven for Warming section.
