1.Unplug the refrigerator or discon- nect power supply.

2.Turn OFF main water supply.

3.Find a %-inch to IX-inch vertical COLD water pipe near the refrigerator.

NOTE: Horizontal pipe will work, but the following precaution must be taken: Drill on the top side of the pipe, not the bottom. This will help keep water away from the drill. This also keeps normal sediment from collecting in

the valve.

4.Measure from connectlon on rear of refrigerator to water pipe. Add 7 feet (2.1 m) ts allow for moving refrigerator for cleaning. This IS the length of %-inch 0-D. copper tubing you will need for the lob (length from connection to water pipe PLUS 7 feet [2.1 ml). Be sure both ends of copper tubing are cut square.

3.Trouver une canalisation d’eau FROIDE verticale de % po & 1% po au voisinage du rbfrigbrateur.

REMARQUE : On peut alimenter le rbfrigbrateur ti partir d’une canalisation horizontale, mais on doit alors observer la pr&autlon sulvante : perter par le dessus de la canaltsation, et non pas par le dessous. Ainsi, l’eau ne risquera pas d’arroser la perceuse. Ceci empgche Bgalement les sediments qu’on trouve normalement dans I’eau de s’accumuler dans le robinet d’arr&t.

4.Mesurer la distance entre le point de connexion ti I’arrikre du r& frlgerateur et le tuyau d’arrivhe d’eau. Ajouter une longueur de 2,l m (7 pi) pour permettre le d&placement du Gfng&ateur pour les op&ations de nettoyage. C’est la longueur du tube en culvre de ‘/4 po de dia. ext. qu’on doit utiliser
