PROGRAMMING

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the high air temperature (cut in) setting for the first part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the low air temperature (cut out) setting for the second part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the high air temperature (cut in) setting for the first part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the temperature point at which the controller will switch from the first part to the second part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the food temperature point at which the controller will switch to third part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Note: The third part of the cycle is the holding mode. After the food reaches the temperature at “SETTING 6” the unit will keep the food at a safe temperature until it will be removed from the unit and stored.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the low air temperature (cut out) setting for the third part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done.

Use Manual background and Manual background buttons to increase or decrease the high air temperature (cut in) setting for the third part of the cycle.

Press Manual background when done. The controller will move to CHOOSE OPERATING CYCLE

screen. Press Manual background to exit the programming mode, or choose another cycle to program.

The controller will ask the operator to choose an operating cycle. Press Manual background to set the parameters for the manual cycle.

The display will show:
