DS/CR Modes (continued) | Converter Mode (CR) is used for serial tunneling |
| across an Ethernet network between two serial ports |
| to simulate a direct serial connection between the |
| devices. See Figure 23. |

| Packet Mode of Serial | Default is disabled. This will be the setting for the |

| Input (enable/disable) | serial data arriving at the serial port in a bit stream. |

| Packet Mode | This time value (in milliseconds) is the delimiter |
