Insert a small hex wrench into hole in screw head and turn clockwise to secure towel bar.

Place a clear washer then a clear sleeve onto each 1/4 x 20 screw.
From the inside side of the outside panel, insert a screw into each mounting hole in the panel.
Slide a washer over the screw on the outside of the panel.
Position the towel bar over the screw and finger tighten the screw.
Insert the second screw into the door panel, slide a washer over the screw, align the second end of the towel bar, and finger tighten the screw.
Insert a small hex wrench into the side hole in each screw head. Turn each screw clockwise to tighten. Do not overtighten or the glass may be damaged.
Repeat the procedures for the inside panel towel bar.
