Desktop Switch
Example
The example in Figure 23 shows how a Switch 4200 can be used for a
group of users that require dedicated 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps connections
to the desktop. The Switch 4200 stack has a 1000 BASE-T Module fitted
that allows it to provide a Gigabit Etherne t link to a Switch 4900 in the
basement.
