4Select the RF Environment tab. Statistics are displayed. High values for Noise can indicate a problem.
Also, view the Utilization statistics. If utilization is very high, this could prevent new users from gaining access to the WLAN.
To view trends
1Click on the Monitor option in the main 3WXM tool bar.
2Select the RF Trends view.
3Expand the Equipment list in the Organizer panel, and select a radio. You can view trends for a WX switch or a MAP.
4View the Client Failures count.
A high count can indicate a problem with the radio.
