In this example the display shows that the call came in on the organization’s reservations number and the caller has been waiting for time T1. The bottom right-hand corner of the display shows that there are currently 26 calls in the queue.

At some sites, the queue information is displayed whenever you press the

Akey. In this case the information will remain visible, and will be updated at regular intervals until you press Aagain to resume receiv- ing ACD calls.
