Fluid CheckTM Mode
Part II
From the Analog Time Display, press MODE/NXT Button D one time to enter the Fluid CheckTM Mode. In this mode you can turn on/off Fluid Loss function, set MET Parameter, set Drink Interval Timer and calibrating your personal MET Value (Optional).
