3.5.2 DRAM Speculative Read
This is capable of allowing a DRAM read request to be generated slightly before the address has been fully decoded. This can reduce all read latencies.
The CPU will issue a read request, and included with this request is the place (address) in memory where the desired data is to be found. This request is received by the DRAM controller. When it is enabled, the controller will isue the read command slightly before it has finished determining the address.
The default is “Disabled”.

3.5.4 Memory Hole At 15M-16M
Enabling this feature reserves 15 MB to 16 MB memory address space for ISA expansion cards that specifically require this setting. This makes memory from 15 MB and up unavailable to the system. Expansion cards can only access memory up to 16 MB. The default setting is “Disabled.”
