Syntax

<group name>

Description

This command specifies a label (32 characters max) to be used when labeling the group on manual interface screens. Any character may be used within the quotes as long as its value is between 32 and 127. These values are treated as ASCII characters.

Example Command ROUTE:PATH:LABEL ATTEN_14,“14 dB ATTEN”;

The above commands assigns the label 14 dB ATTEN to the previously defined path with the pathname ATTEN_14.

Example Query

:LABel? <path name>

ROUTE:PATH:LABEL? ATTEN_14;

The query form returns the programmed label:

14 dB ATTEN

Example Command ROUTE:GROUP:LABEL ATTEN,“Attenuation”;

The above commands assigns the label Attenuation to the group with the group name ATTEN.

Example Query

:LABel? <group name>

ROUTE:GROUP:LABEL? ATTEN;

The query form returns the programmed label:
