•Sports teams/Artist name and Song title which you have stored and which are currently playing will be displayed in a category called “My Game Zone”/“S-Seek” in search mode. For details, refer to “Search Function” on page 28.

Search Function

You can search for programs by Category, Channel.

Category Search mode

1Press ENTERin the XM or SIRIUS mode.

2Turn the Rotary encoder to select Category search mode, and then press ENTER.

3Turn the Rotary encoder to select the desired Category, and then press ENTER.

4Turn the Rotary encoder to select the desired Channel Name, and then press ENTER.

Notes

•During channel search, pressing or to select another Category.

•While in Category Search mode, press ESC to return to the selecting search mode.

•The Search mode is canceled if you press and hold ESC for at least 2 seconds, or no operation is performed for 60 seconds in Category Search mode.

•During Channel search, You can toggle the display between the channel name list, artist name list and the song/program title list by pressing VIEW (SIRIUS only).

Channel Search mode

2Turn the Rotary encoder to select Channel Search mode, and then press ENTER.

•During Channel search, pressing VIEW will toggle the display between the channel name list, artist name list and the song/program title list.

3Turn the Rotary encoder to select the desired Channel, and then press ENTER.

Notes

•When the (A) appears, the “S-Seek” or “My Game Zone” (which displays a list of the current matches) should be accessible via view search options. You can select the artist, song, or sports game that you wish to tune to by turning the Rotary encoder from the list, and then pressing ENTER. During the searching, you can toggle the display between the artist name list and the song/program title list or toggle the display between the team names and the current score of any live play-by-play game by pressing VIEW.

•Press ESC in the search mode to return to the previous mode.

•The Search mode is canceled if you press and hold ESC for at least 2 seconds, or no operation is performed for 60 seconds.

•Depending on the connected SIRIUS Interface, some functions and display indications do not work.

Quick Search Function

You can search for all channels in numerical order.

1Press and hold ENTERfor at least 2 seconds in XM or

SIRIUS mode to activate Quick Search mode.

2Turn the Rotary encoder to select the desired Channel within 10 seconds.

The selected Channel is received.

Receiving Weather or Traffic Information from SAT Radio

1Select the SAT Radio Channel for your local traffic/weather information.

2Press and hold for at least 2 seconds in the SAT mode. The received weather or traffic channel is stored.

3Press and hold BAND for at least 2 seconds.

The stored Weather or Traffic channel will be recalled.

4Press and hold BAND for at least 2 seconds. Returns to normal mode.

Notes

•Stored channels can also be recalled by pressing and holding BAND for at least 2 seconds.

•Channel other than Weather or Traffic can also be stored and recalled.

Instant Replay Function (SIRIUS only)

In SIRIUS mode, the current channel is saved using the Instant Replay memory function. Use this function to pause the channel content at any time. When playback is continued, it will begin at the position it was paused.

1During SIRIUS reception, press to place the Receiver in the Instant Replay pause mode, which mutes the audio. The “Instant Replay” is displayed.

2Press again to have the Receiver resume playback of the stored audio from the point at which it was paused.

During playback, the Receiver will continue to store the channel audio until you exit the Instant Replay mode.

During REPLAY playback:

•Fast rewind:

Press and hold .

•Fast forward:

Press and hold .

•Returning to the beginning of the current song: Press .

•Advancing to the beginning of the next song: Press .

Note

•If you continue to press Fast forward until the end, the Instant Replay mode is canceled, and the unit will change to usual reception.
