controller are sophisticated electronic devices; only
KVH-authorized technicians have the tools and
expertise necessary to diagnose and repair a system
fault. Therefore, if you experience any operating
problem or require technical assistance, please call or
visit your local authorized TracVision dealer. You can

Please have your antenna and receiver/controller
serial numbers ready before calling technical support.
The serial numbers are located on the red Activation
Card. You can also find the serial numbers from the
primary receiver’s onscreen menu (see Section 10-6,
“Viewing Serial Numbers” on page 10.13).
