12.2 Eco Network Power
The projector can be connected to a network v ia its RS-232 port and 10/100 BASE-T port for remote operation with two
separate boards to control the signal sources from RS-232 and 10/100BASE-T ports.
If you do not require remote operation of the projector over a net work, it is recommended that you set this func tion to On to
activate the ECO Network Power. This will turn off the power t hat is used to control the 10/100 BASE-T board. However, you
will not be able to operate the projector remotely over a netwo rk as long as the function remains act ivated.
By setting it to Off, the function will be dis abled. You won’t be able to conserve power but you can control the p rojector
remotely over a network.
12.3 Network
To control the projector via network, after connec ting the network cables for a PC and the proj ector, you can use this OSD
function to view the relevant network inform ation (such as IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway and DHCP) of the proje ctor.
Please configure the PC to be connected to the projector wit h a proper IP address with the same subnet mask, gateway as t he
projector. The default IP address of the projector is 192.168.0.100. The network settings of the projector can o nly be changed
through the web-page control or projector Toolset application.
To control the projector via network, please connec t to the projector via a web browser with the IP address sh own on the
Advanced menu CONTROL —> Network. The h ome page will be displayed as follows.
