8.5.1 IntroductionAbout filesBeforeanewsourcecanbeused,acorrectfilehas to installed. The projector’s memory contains a list of
files corresponding to the most used sources. When the source corresponds with one of these files, the
file can be loaded and saved for future use. W hen there is a little difference, the filecanalsobeloaded
and then edited until the source specs are reached.
Types of source filesWhen opening the list of source files, you will recognize 2 types of source files:
• system source files (default available in the projector’s mem ory)
• custom source files
Thecustom sourcefiles with the same n ame of the system source filesareindicatedwithaindexnumber
between brackets.
8.5.2 Loading a fitting input fileLoad via Load icon1. Select first a window.
2. Click on Select file icon (a). (image 8-10)
TheLoad(fit) dialog box opens (b).
Only thebest fitting files are displayed. Files with a digit between brackets are custom source files. All
others are standard source files.
3. Select a file from the list (c).
4. Click Open or Select to load the selected file (d).
When a standard file is selected or a not exactly match ing custom file, Projector Toolset will ask to
create a new custom file bycopying the settings of the selected file into the custom file.
5. Click OK to continue.
The new createdcustom source file is loaded and can be edited if necessary
