Overlap : number of pixels that overlap
Horizontalresolution of 1 projector : 1400for SXGA+ projectors.
Totalhorizontal screen resolution : [(horizontal resolution of 1 projector) x 2] minus overlap.
HorizontalResolution source : numberof active pixels of the source.
Adjustment of Active pixels (Pact) of the rst projector
1. Go to File –> E dit menu of rst projector.
2. Enter value for horizontal active (= Pac t)a s follows :
Pact= [ (Horz. resolution of 1 projector)/(Totalhorz. screenresolution)] x (horz. resolution source)
3. Horizontal start (= Pstart) remains the same.
Adjustment of Active pixels (Pact) of second projector
1. Go to File –> Edit menu of second projector.
2. Enter value for horizontal active (= Pac t)a s follows :
Pact= [ (Horz. resolution of 1 projector)/(Totalhorz. screenresolution)] x (horz. resolution source)
3. Horizontal start (= Pstart) = original start + [(Horz. resolutionsource) minus (newly calculated Pact)]
Example
Horizontalresolution source : 1600pixels
horizontalresolution projector 1 & 2 : 1024pixels
Overlap : 100 pixels
Totalhorizontal screen size in pixels : 1948 pixels
Pactpr ojector 1 = [(1024 / 1948)] x 1600 = 841 pixels
Pactpr ojector 2 = [(1024 / 1948)] x 1600 = 841 pixels
Pstartprojector 2 = P startprojector 1 + (1600– 841)
