Ringing tone volume

Ringing tone volume

Press << / >> to adjust the volume of the ringing tone from between 0 and 9. 0 = off.

If the automatic answer function is switched on, the volume cannot be set to “0”.

Hands-free volume

Automatic answer

The telephone will automatically answer in- coming calls if you press << / >> to select “On” for this menu item.

The call will be set to hands-free operation automatically.

In this case, do not set the ringing tone vol- ume to “0”.

Automatic redial

Operating mode

If this menu item is selected, you will be re- quired to enter the access code after press- ing OK.

Then select the operating mode by press- ing << / >>:

Standard

all operating modes

Radio only

– no telephone, all other

Phone only

telephone mode only

Press << / >> to adjust the volume of the incoming call from 0 to 63 over the car speakers.

Handset volume

This menu item will not appear unless a Blaupunkt handset has been connected to the system.

Press << / >> to adjust the volume of the handset to one of three levels (low, medi- um, high), remove the handset from the cra- dle first.

If the busy signal is received, an outgoing call will be redialled automatically if you press << / >> to select “On” for this menu item.

You can stop the automatic redial by press- ing the telephone button.

Off – redial is switched off

On – redial is switched on.

The number of times the telephone will at- tempt to redial depends on the network used.

Extended menu

Use this function to remove the following menu items from the display in the setup menu by pressing << / >>. These items are seldom used.

This makes the setup menu more clear.

Off – menu items removed from display

On – all of the menu items are available.
