ERROR CODE DEFINITIONS
If the water heater has an operating probl em, there will be a number in the wat er heater display with
“Service Needed” shown below the error code number. Note the error code and the definition in the
chart below. This label appears on the control box under the water heater display. The following
sections will provide instructions for servicin g each error code.
