You can print a list of all One Touch and Speed Dial numbers. Group numbers will be marked in the column of “GROUP”. (See Printing Reports, page 35.)

Setting Up Groups for Broadcasting

Groups allow you to send the same fax message to many fax numbers by pressing only one One Touch Group key and Fax Start (FAX-8070P) or five keys (Search/Speed Dial, #, the two-digit location, and Fax Start). You can store up to six of the Groups on your One Touch keys (FAX- 8070P) or Speed Dial, and then broadcast by pressing only the One Touch key (FAX-8070P) or Search/Speed Dial, #, the two-digit location (and Fax Start). First, you will need to store each fax number as a One Touch or Speed Dial number. Then, you can combine them into a Group. Each Group uses up a One Touch or Speed Dial number. You can have up to six Groups, or you can assign up to 107 (FAX-8070P) or 99 (MFC-9030 and MFC-9070) numbers to one large Group. (See Storing One Touch Dial Numbers (For FAX-8070P Only), page 21 and Storing Speed Dial Numbers, page 22.)
