*Section 313 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA 2007) mandates that the efficiency of general purpose motors we use in our Light Commercial Rooftops rated at 5.0HP and larger be increased on or after December 19, 2010. We will offer both high and standard efficient motors until inventory is depleted and then shift over solely to the high efficient motors only.
