Print Head Alignment
If the print head is not located at the regulated position, printed ruled lines could be misaligned. In such a case, adjust the print head position.

1 With the printer on, load a sheet of A4 or Letter paper in the printer. 2 Open the Printer Properties dialog box.

3 Click the Maintenance tab and then click the Print Head Alignment icon. 4 When the confirmation message is displayed, click OK.
