4When the confirmation message appears, click OK.
5Click Close to close the System Properties window.
In Windows XP/Windows 2000, click and then click OK in the System
Properties window.
6Click at the top right of the Control Panel window to close it.
7Turn the printer off.
8Remove the Setup Software & User’s Guide CD-ROM, if it is in the drive.
9Restart Windows.
10 Install the printer driver again following the instructions in the Quick Start
Guide.
