4Use the numeric buttons to enter the correct
day, month, year, and time in this order.
• Enter only the last two digits of the year.
• Use the 24-hour format for the time (e.g. 1:00 p.m.
as 13:00).
• If you make a mistake, press Clear and re-enter
the date and time.
5Press Set.
Entering the Date and Time
Follow this procedure to set the current date and time:
1Press Function.
2Press Data Registration.
3Press Set three times.
• The date and time currently set for the unit are
displayed.

6Press Stop to return to standby mode.
Registering Your Unit Number and Name
Follow this procedure to register the fax/telephone number for your unit, and your name or
company name:
1Press Function.
2Press Data Registration.
3Press Set twice.
