Indicator Lamps

You can find out the operational status of the camera and the USB cradle at a glance by checking the color of the indicator lamps, and whether a lamp is lit or flashing. For details, see “Indicator Lamp Reference” on page 107.

Attaching the Strap

Attach the strap to the strap bar as shown in the illustration.

IMPORTANT!

•Be sure to keep the strap around your wrist when us- ing the camera to protect against accidentally drop- ping it.

•The supplied strap is intended for use with this camera only. Do not use it for any other purpose.

•Never swing the camera around by the strap.
