The rtrv-softwcommand displays the status of the Cisco HSI and call processing activity. The following software states can be displayed for the Cisco HSI:

Not running

Starting

Active

Restart pending

Halt pending

Reboot pending

The following software states can be displayed for call processing:

Running

Idle pending

Idle rtrv-softw

Note When the Cisco HSI is in the restart pending, halt pending, or reboot pending software state, the sta-callproccommand cancels the pending state.

Syntax Description This command has no arguments or keywords.
