5cups water
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1cup dried cranberries

2ounces gorgonzola, crumbled
1⁄3 cup grated Parmesan
1tablespoon honey
½ cup toasted pine nuts
Pour the broth into the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice Plus™
Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid and stir in the remaining ingredients.
