Cannot browse the Internet or the Unable to locate host error message appears:

Check if you are connected to the Internet.

Check if the web address typed in the address bar is correct and valid. Try a different Web address, or URL.

If the error message still appears, disconnect from the Internet Service

Provider (ISP) and close the browser. Reconnect and open the browser.

If the problem persists, your ISP may be experiencing technical difficulties.

Internet connection is slow

Internet performance can be affected by the following factors:

The condition of the telephone or network cables being used.

The condition of the network equipment at your ISP.

The graphics or multimedia on web pages.

The multiple browsers, downloads, or programs open on your computer.

Keyboard

The keyboard is not responding

Clean the keyboard by using an aerosol can of compressed air with a proper extension to remove dust and lint trapped under the keys.

A keyboard character is repeating

Ensure that there is nothing resting on any of the keys.

Check that no key on the keyboard is stuck. Press each key to loosen any keys that may be stuck and then restart your computer.

Spills on the keyboard

If liquid of any kind is spilled on the keyboard, turn off the computer. Clean the keyboard using the appropriate cleaning materials and turn the computer over to drain the keyboard. Once the keyboard has dried, turn on the computer. If the keyboard does not work, it needs to be replaced.

Keyboards damaged due to spills are not covered under limited warranty.
