Prerequisites
1Remove the battery. See "Removing the Battery" on page 17.
2Remove the base cover. See "Removing the Base Cover" on page 27.
3Remove the keyboard. See "Removing the Keyboard" on page 21.
Procedure
1Close the display and turn the computer over.
2Remove the screws that secure the palm rest to the computer base.
