Dell 將如何維修產品?

在進行保固維修與更換零件和系統時,Dell 會使用由不同製造廠商所生產的新零件和以舊 翻新的零件。以舊翻新的零件和系統是退回至 Dell 的零件或系統,有些是客戶從未使用過 的零件或系統。所有零件和系統均已進行品質檢查與測試。更換零件和系統將包括在您購 買的 Dell 產品的剩餘有限保固期內。所有從維修產品中取出的零件皆歸 Dell 所有。
