Operating Your Food Grinder

1)Pull the catch and remove the low-speed outlet cover from the stand mixer. Figure 3.

2)Hold the catch back and insert the grinder. Turn it from side-to-

side until it locks into place.

3)Tighten the ring nut manually.

4)Fit the tray (7) and put the dish / cover (10) under the grinder to catch the food.

5)Note: Thaw frozen food thoroughly before minc- ing. Cut meat into 1-inch strips.

6)Switch the stand mixer to speed 4. Using the stomper (8), gently push the food through, one piece at a time. Do not push too hard, you could damage the grinder.
