4)Fit the scroll inside the grinder body.

5)Fit the base plate, and put the notch over the pin.

6)Note: If you are using skin, open it up with a jet of water. Then put your chosen nozzle under running water and pull the skin onto the nozzle.

7)Hold the nozzle on the grinder and screw the ring nut on.

8)Fit the tray.

9)Switch the stand mixer speed to 3 or 4. Using the stomper, push the food through. Note: Do not push too hard, you could damage the grinder.

10)Ease the skin off the nozzle as it fills. Do not overfill. Twist the skin to form sausages.

Care and Cleaning for Your Food Grinder

1)Loosen the ring nut manually or with the spanner and dismantle.

2)Wash all of the parts in warm water with mild detergent, and then rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place the parts in your dishwasher.

3)Reassemble the parts.

4)Wipe the screens with vegetable oil, then wrap in grease-proof paper to prevent discoloring.

5)If you keep the grinder on the machine, put the dish / cover on the tray as a dust cover.

6)You can pull the lid off the stomper and store the sausage adaptor and its attachments inside.
