3)Place the ring nut (7) in position and tighten. Then place the hopper (1) in position.

4)The assembly and location of your attachment onto the mixer is easier if the fine setting has been selected on the grain mill.

5)Remove the low-speed outlet cover from the stand mixer by pulling the locking catch to the side.

6)Slide the grain mill into the outlet, turning it slightly so that the shaft engages in the socket with the pin located in the slot.

7)Release the catch to lock.

Operating Your Grain Mill

1)Fill the hopper with grains, a maximum of 750 grams - 1 kg can be accommodated depending upon the grain.

2)Select the desired grain size by turning the adjusting control to the left (counterclockwise) for a finer result, and to the right (clockwise) for a coarser result.

3)The adjusting control will revolve continuously passing through the various grain sizes (fine, medium, and coarse) and it is marked 1 to 6 in order for ease of reference, and a finer subdivision.

4)If the control becomes stiff when adjusting from Fine to Coarse, the front of the indicating knob should be pressed inwards while continuing to turn the control to a finer position.

5)Once the desired setting is selected, switch the mixer to maximum speed ensuring that there is a collecting dish below the grain mill outlet.
