Assembling Your Blender

6)Screw the lid onto the glass container.

7)Remove the high-speed outlet cover and screw the blender onto the outlet.

Operating Your Blender

Processing Dry Ingredients

(Ex. chopping nuts, cheese, carrots, parsley, etc.)

1)Remove the filler cap from the lid and cut the food into pieces to drop through the hole.

2)Switch the stand mixer to “maximum” speed and drop food onto the revolving blades.

3)Wait for each piece to be processed before dropping the next.

4)Keep your hand over the opening during processing.

5)When no more can be processed, empty the glass container and start again.

Blending Liquids

(Ex. soup, batter, sauces, etc.)

1)Fill the glass container no more than 3/4 full.

2)Make sure the lid is on securely and switch the stand mixer to maximum speed for 15-45 sec- onds.

Purees

1)Soft fruits and vegetables (Ex. strawberries, tomatoes and cooked hard fruit) can be blended without water.

2)Fill the glass container 1/2-way and blend on maximum speed. Stop the machine to scrape the mixture back onto the blades as necessary. Note: Be sure blades come to a complete stop before scraping ingredients.
