3)Put your potatoes or carrots into the bowl. Use no more than:

1/2 lb. (Model A934)

1 lb. (Model A952)

4)Snap the cover (1) on and then raise the mixer head.

5)Fit the bowl to the stand mixer by turning it counterclockwise. Figure 1.

6)Lower the mixer head, and insert the metal pin into the plastic hole. Figure 2. If the mixer head will not shut, raise it, and then switch “on” and “off” to reposition the metal pin. Figure 3.

7)Switch the stand mixer to speed 2-3.

8)After peeling is complete, rinse the vegetables in cold water.

Suggestions for Your Potato Peeler:

1)Use evenly sized vegetables

2)Cut large vegetables into pieces.

3)New potatoes peel faster than old potatoes.

4)Do not over-peel: the most nutrients lie just under the skin.
