You can store a frequently needed station number, a frequently used function or procedure (several operating steps) on each free key of your telephone or auxiliary device.

If you have programmed a Shift key, you can assign numbers and functions on two levels of the programmable keys. The second (Shift level) can accept only an external station number.

Saving Repertory Dialing Numbers on a Key

Press the key. The LED lights up.

Select and confirm.
