Upgrade Software
PMP3520 software can be upgraded. It requires a computer and the supplied USB cable for the following procedures:
NOTE: To prevent battery discharging while upgrading, we recom- mend that the AC Adapter be used.
NOTE: If you need to update both firmware and software, update firmware first.
1.Connect the PMP3520 to your computer with the USB cable.
2.Power on the PMP3520 to initialize it on your computer.
3.Download a PMP3520 upgrade file from website (www.directedmobileme- dia.com) and save it into the PMP3520 root directory. Double click to run the upgrade file, and select "Replace all" on
4.Disconnect the PMP3520 from your computer.
5.Select Setting from main menu and press the Navigation button in to enter.
6.Push the Navigation button left or right to select Info tab.
7.Push the Navigation button up or down to select Update Software.
8.Push the Navigation button to the right. Message "Confirm? Yes No" will show on the display.
