Troubleshooting

The following screens provide tips that may help you troubleshoot various problems. Use CHAN UP/DOWN to see all of the text on the screens. (There is also extensive troubleshooting available in Chapter 8 of this guide.)

•Parental Controls Troubleshooting provides instructions for using Parental Controls.

•Phone Troubleshooting can help if your HD DVR’s phone connection is unsuccessful.
