
Recording a mic or guitar
With the setup shown below, you can listen to the audio data played back by your computer while you perform on the guitar (or mic), and record only the guitar (or vocal) performance on your computer.

The sound of the device connected to INPUT 1 will be recorded on the left (L) channel of your computer. If you connect to INPUT 2, the sound will be recorded on the right (R) channel.
Connect your guitar to INPUT 3.
●Sampling frequency select switchSet this to the sampling frequency that is selected in your recording software.
●Input impedance select switchIf using a mic select
If using a guitar select
Set this to specify whether you will monitor the input signal in stereo or in monaural.
●Direct monitor soft control switchTurn this on if you want to control the INPUT MONITOR from your software. For details, refer to
Adjust the monitor volume appropriately.
●Phantom power switchIf you are using a condenser mic, turn the phantom power switch on.
*If you have connected a device that does not require phantom power, you must turn off the phantom power switch; failing to do so will damage your equipment.
